The President is expected to touch upon gun control, immigration, and the economy, among other topics.
Florida Senator Marco Rubio will deliver the Republican response in English and Spanish.

President Barack Obama is gearing up for Tuesday night's State of the Union address.
Former speechwriter for George W. Bush and Washington Post syndicated columnist Michael Gerson says it could be a tough one for Obama.
He says Obama is entering the State of the Union season in a difficult circumstance.
Gerson explains presidents usually enjoy a honeymoon period after re-election, but Obama had to immediately jump into the fiscal cliff argument.
Gerson says he'll be watching to see if the president makes bipartisan proposals rather than continue the tense negotiations continuing in Washington over nearly everything.
